A rescue puppy of unknown pedigree, Callie has maneuvered herself into the unofficial role of CEO. She sometimes gets off her bed and greets our guests, and also acts as our watch dog on occasion. When not fishing something out of our waste baskets, she can be found at the feet of almost anyone - inverted and waiting for a belly rub.
Ray has a background in the staffing industry that spans nearly 20 years. His focus has been in the areas of Business Development, Recruiting and customizing service programs to meet client specific needs. Ray's role as Regional Developer with Express Employment Professionals includes assisting in the design and implementation of strategic initiatives, office planning, training, quality assurance, and many other areas.
Hayley is our Front Office Coordinator where she manages the front end of our recruiting process, coordinates interview schedules, and welcomes you to our office! She comes to Express Employment with a background in sales and customer service. Hayley has 3 young children and in her spare time enjoys taking her kids on hikes around New Hampshire trails.
Amy has moved up to a Staffing Consultant from Front Office Coordinator! She recruits and places candidates in our Light Industrial and Office/Administrative services along with Josef. She comes to Express with over 5 years of office management experience. She enjoys refinishing furniture, interior painting and wallpapering, cooking, roller derby, and spending time with her 4 sons and stars!
Our former Division Manager, Danielle is now one of our Executive Recruiters focusing on Finance/Accounting, HR, and Supply Chain and senior Administrative positions. She returned to Express after gaining several years of Human Resources experience, both in volume recruiting and as an HR Generalist. Danielle earned her BS Degree in Health Science/Nutrition (cum laude) from Keene State College and her Masters Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University. She is also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
Josef comes to Express with a background in Clinical Psychology. As the Staffing Consultant for the Commercial sector, he is focused on recruiting and placing our light industrial workforce. Josef received a BA from Colby College, a Masters in Clinical Psych from Antioch University and soon a Doctorate from the same institution. When not at work, he is trying to get back into hiking.
Bernadette manages our Workers Compensation program and Payroll, and also assists with Staffing temporary positions and covering our front desk. She is active in our client management program and regularly audits our quality programs to ensure ISO compliance is maintained.
John manages the office and works in all divisions, Commercial, Administrative, and Professional. His recruiting niche is HR, Supply Chain, and Engineering, but will also assist with Finance, IT, Environmental, Operations, and Senior Executives. He is the Past-President of the Manchester Area Human Resource Association, a SHRM affiliate of over 200 HR professionals in the region, and retired from the US Navy in 2005 with 25 years of active and reserve service. John graduated with a BS degree in Business Administration, cum laude, and is life certified as a Senior Human Resource Professional.
