    $10.00+ an hour 

    Rapidly expanding Occupational Health facility is seeking a both full and part time MA's to start ASAP! The hours may vary Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:45am - 5:00pm.  Must be flexible.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain timely patient flow.
    • Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
    • Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
    • MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN MANUAL BLOOD PRESSURE READINGS.
    • Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. EKG, PFT, etc.).
    • Assist providers with examinations, diagnostic procedures and treatments

      Qualifications:

      • Graduate of an accredited program for Medical Assistant.
      • Must have at least 6 MONTHS of current experience as an MA.
      • Retain current BLS/CPR certification.
      • Require verbal and written skills in English & Spanish
      • Will be required to successfully pass a drug test & background check.

      Job Function Requirements:

      • Able to stand up to eight hours.
      • Must have reliable transportation.
      • Must have outstanding attendance

        Very busy Family Practice is seeking a full-time MA to join the team! The hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with flexibility as patient care dictates.

        Responsibilities:

        • Document verbal conversations and information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
        • Maintain timely patient flow.
        • Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
        • Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
        • Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
        • Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. EKG, PFT, etc.).
        • Assist providers with examinations, diagnostic procedures and treatments

          Qualifications

          • Graduate of an accredited program for Medical Assistant.
          • Must have at least 1 year of current experience as an MA.
          • Retain current BLS/CPR certification.
          • Ability to use interpersonal skills to establish/maintain cooperative relationships with patients, families, providers, managers, co-workers and external customers.
          • Require verbal and written skills in English & Spanish
          • Will be required to successfully pass a drug test & background check.

          Job Function Requirements

          • Able to stand up to eight hours.
          • Must have reliable transportation.
          • Dress appropriately for the healthcare setting by wearing modest attire with minimal accessories that include sturdy, closed toe shoes.
