Aubrey Stark joined the Express Employment Professionals family in August 2020 as a Franchise Manager and in May 2021 she purchased our office and became the Franchise Owner and Managing Partner! Coming to Express with over 10 years of extensive staffing industry experience, Aubrey embodies the Express philosophy of Helping People Succeed. Relocating from the San Diego area to live her dream of leading a staffing company in Arizona, Aubrey fell in love with the Mesa community. An avid hiker, outdoor adventurer and hockey enthusiast, Aubrey is happily married to her husband Corey and has a daughter Emma Rose born in November of 2019. This driven, dynamic human resources professional known for her ability to put customers' needs front and center is honored to partner with clients and job seekers throughout the Mesa area.

Corey Stark recently joined our team in April. Corey comes from an extensive background in business development, sales and manufacturing experience. Corey is Bilingual in Spanish, quick witted and enjoys building relationships. Corey supports our organization with strategic staffing to identify the top talent in our area and matches them with the companies they will most align. Corey's free time includes playing hockey, baseball and hanging out with his beautiful family and gorgeous baby girl.

Christian Segura joined our team in January of 2022 as our Bilingual Industrial Recruiter. Christian's blend of compassion for helping others and drive to support business growth allow him to focus on finding the right match quickly. Christian comes from a background of both industrial work as well as sales. This unique blend has helped him understand our client's needs and many of the unique positions we have the opportunity to place. Madelynn joined our team in the fall of 2022 initially supporting our front office and candidate experience. Quickly Madelynn’s upbeat attitude and desire to support more candidates led us to promoting her into the Office Services Employment Specialist role. In this role, Madelynn supports all clerical candidates including those seeking employment in: Office, Administration, Accounting, Customer Service, Sales and more. Additionally, she builds relationships with the hiring managers at companies in the Mesa area to find out their needs and align the right candidate to their opening. Madelynn studied Human Relations at University of Oklahoma. Madelynn’s education and down-to-earth personality allow her to really dive in to the candidate’s needs to make the perfect fit! In her free time, Madelynn enjoys watching football “GO OU! (Horns Down)”

Rhayne recently joined our team and has been an instrumental help to us in managing the candidate experience and onboarding process. Despite her name, she is a ray of sunshine! Rhayne is friendly, engaging and supportive of everyone she meets. She’s originally from Texas and is enjoying the beautiful mountainous desert of AZ.  Come say hello to Rhayne in our office today!
