Emily is able to draw on her 12+ years' experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Office Management to succeed in her role as Employment Specialist, working with our associates to find long-term employment and with our clients to find them the workforce they need to meet their business needs. Passionate about community involvement, volunteering, education and development, Emily works with multiple community groups in Southern Indiana both individually and professionally. Emily is happily married to Kyle, and proud mother to son Clayton and daughter Kerry. They can often be found rushing from one extra-curricular activity to another, as both kids are involved in sports and clubs and keep Emily and Kyle very busy! When she manages to find downtime, you can find Emily at the lake with family, at a local independent music artist concert, or reading at home with a cat or dog curled on her lap. 

Maddie comes to Express with almost 10 years' experience in administrative and customer service roles. The highlights of her position at Express are being able to meet and connect with our associates and clients, while being the first face or voice you see or hear when visiting or calling our New Albany office. Married to her high school sweetheart, Isaac, they enjoy being dog-parents to Tinker and Briar and taking as many trips to Disney as Isaac allows Maddie to plan. Maddie is also a photographer, an avid crafter, a savvy shopper, and loves baking yummy things to bring into the office and share with everyone.
