• Trina Jones has over 20 years’ experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, 16 with Express. Prior to joining Express, Trina worked as a Recruiting Coordinator for a major pharmaceutical company and a major supermarket chain in Texas. She also spent 8 years in purchasing and logistics in the oil industry and a year as an Operations Coordinator in the computer field.  

     

    Nancy Plowman is the Front Office Coordinator and brings over 15 years of administrative expertise to the office. She joined our team in 2011.    

          

    Lori Brown has experience as a sales trainer in the travel and tourism industry and in admissions at the college level. She joined Express as a Staffing Consultant in 2014 and focuses on Office/Clerical and professional placements.  

          

    Larry “Tripp” Shaffer, III joined the company in 2023. After serving eight years in the US Navy he worked as a network and contracts manager and managed a Network Operations Center for a federal contactor. He is working as a Business Developer and social media coordinator.
