  • Hill Receives International Staffing Company’s Spiritual Leadership Award

    OKLAHOMA CITY - March 06, 2018

Larry Hill, owner of the Springfield/Columbus, Ohio, Express Employment Professionals office, has been named the company's 2018 recipient of the Ralph Palmen Spiritual Leadership Award.

The international award is named in honor of the late Ralph Palmen, who made a tremendous impact on the growth and development of Express through his leadership and spiritual guidance. The award honors an individual who inspires others and always does the right thing. 3-6-2018-Ralph-Palmen-Larry-Hill

Hill opened his Express franchise in 1989 and soon originated the prayer breakfast, a staple of the company's annual International Leadership Conference (ILC) and SALESummits. The most recent breakfast in Orlando, Florida, featured a testimonial time, as well as Christian singer Wintley Phipps and speaker Bob Goff, author of the bestselling book "Love Does."

"Larry showed us that every company and every person needs a spiritual life, and that the spiritual values of a company are just as important as the financial goals of the company," said Bob Funk, CEO and chairman of the board for Express. "By starting the prayer breakfast, he has helped our company stay focused on our spiritual values and mission."

Just like the award's namesake, Larry puts others before himself and is a true inspiration to those lucky enough to know him."
