Express North Portland welcomed Nadia to the team on January 11th, 2021. Before Express, Nadia has held a wide range of positions including, but not limited to, Promoter, Material Expeditor, Hostess, Business Assistant, Sales Associate, and Party Hostess. She always volunteered at various elementary schools serving as a Teacher's Aid. She is a skilled worker who possesses the ability to perform various tasks while building and managing great relationships with our job seekers and clients. Overall, she is a very positive and outgoing employee, and we are glad to have her on our team!

Born and raised in California, Nadia and her mother moved to Beaverton, Oregon, in August 2019 after Nadia graduated from college. Nadia currently resides in Portland with her dog Charlie.

Express North Portland welcomed Elizabeth to the team in August 2022. Dependable, stubbornly compassionate, and always persevering, Elizabeth is bent on succeeding no matter where she is, and we are excited to see her do that with us.

Elizabeth is originally from Eugene, OR, but has always felt that Portland is like a distant cousin of her hometown, so the move was easy. Before relocating, Elizabeth worked in the healthcare field but found herself branching into new industries and leadership roles when she moved. When Elizabeth is not at Express, you can find her exercising her creative liberties with painting, writing, and crocheting. She also enjoys reading.

Braden joined the team in November 2023. Prior to Express, Braden was an assistant manager at the second highest grossing Trader Joes in all of California. He also managed a corporate Target location, leading his department while cleaning up a massive inventory issue. Braden's early background includes work in the Sport Club and Gym industry.

Braden just moved to Portland from the SF Bay Area in California. Seeking to escape the madness, he settled on Portland as a serene natural refuge with like-minded individuals.

Outside of work, Braden enjoys being with friends and exploring the delicious eats of his new home, disc golfing, playing video games, and working on his car or other projects.

Originally hailing from the picturesque landscapes of Great Falls, Montana, Randy found his way to Portland after college in 1996 and knew instantly it was where he wanted to call home. With his roots firmly planted in the Pacific Northwest, Randy has become a pivotal figure in the regional business community.

Randy's professional journey is marked by seven years of dedicated service as a Regional Director of Operations for Bonaventure Senior Living, where his leadership skills were instrumental in ensuring operational excellence and enhancing the quality of life for seniors under his care.

Now, Randy brings his expertise in business operations and his innate ability to connect with people to the staffing world. Despite being new to staffing, Randy's commitment to bringing jobs into the office and fostering meaningful connections between employers and job seekers is unmatched.

Outside of the office, Randy's pride and joy are his family. He is happily married with four children, including twin daughters who are on the brink of completing their college education and a son who manages a logistics company in New Hampshire. With a tight-knit family spanning across the country, Randy finds joy in supporting his children as they pursue their own paths in life.
