Diana Garcia is a strategic benefits leader with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Employee Benefits who partnered with domestic and global fortune 500 companies in the design and development of their employee benefit programs. She worked at Aon and Willis Towers Watson where she held various leadership roles and supported clients in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, chemical, retail, and hospitality industries.

Diana is bilingual and has worked in Latin America, the Caribbean and in the domestic U.S. In 2014 she was recognized as the "Leader of the Year" by the Puerto Rico Manufacturing Association and honored by the Caribbean Business in 2012 as, "Woman who Lead."

Diana holds a Bachelor 's Degree in Communications from Concordia University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Diana's favorite hobbies are traveling, running, reading, and spending time at the beach.
