    Method of Contact

    Your local Express office will need to contact you regarding job opportunities. If you prefer not to share your email address, you can provide your telephone number. We need one or the other to contact you regarding employment.


    Information Security 

    Your email or phone number will only be given to a local Express office when you choose to apply for a job or submit your online application to them. Express does not sell, share or, distribute the personal information you provide on this website. Your information will be sent to a local Express office only upon your request. Should you select not to receive emails from us, we will delete all email addresses from your account, and Express will not use email as a method of contact.

    If you opt to receive emails from us, you will only receive the following:

    • Welcome to Express - Once your account is activated, you will receive an email containing your username and an introduction to the job application site. This will come from the address YourApplication@ExpressPros.com.

    • Job Agent Results - If you sign up to use the Job Agent, you will receive an email any time a job matching your criteria is added to the system. You can unsubscribe from the Job Agent by logging onto your account and turning Job Agent to “off." This will come from the address YourApplication@ExpressPros.com.

    • Password Request - If you forget your password, you can click the “Forgot Password” link on the account sign-in page to receive an email that will allow you to reset your password. This email will come from the address Info@ExpressPros.com.

    • Inactive Express Account - If you do not access your account for one calendar year, you will receive an email informing you that your account will be deleted in 48 hours unless you take action to activate it. This will come from the address YourApplication@ExpressPros.com.

    • Emails from Local Express Offices - After you submit your application to an office, that office may attempt to contact you via email. 

    These emails can come from a variety of email addresses, but most are from the domain ExpressPros.com.

    Please Note: The account “YourApplication@ExpressPros.com” does not receive email. Attempts to reply to this email account will not be received.
