The Express Employment Professionals Ventura County team attended the Express International Leadership Conference 2020 in Nashville Tennessee from Feb. 19th - 22nd.
Neil McMillan, President and Owner of both the Thousand Oaks and Oxnard offices, won the IFA/Franchisee of the Year out of more than 800 Express offices throughout the USA, Canada, and South Africa. "I was completely shocked!" exclaimed Neil. The entire team was in an uproar as they cheered him on stage. The award was given to him on February 20th, 2020.
Janis Patrini, last year's IFA/Express Franchisee of the year from Grand Rapids Michigan, announced,
