Rich became the owner of the Peoria Express location in January 2024. Previously, he worked in staffing and recruiting for 10 years across various divisions and worked in healthcare for over five years before that. Rich is very outgoing and goal oriented, and he takes pride in helping others accomplish their goals, which he believes is the most rewarding part of being with Express.

Born in Youngstown, OH and living in Durham, NC for college, Rich now lives in Arizona with his wife and their two children. Outside of work, he loves being with his family and trying new experiences together. He likes to grill, watch sports, and travel, but he truly loves to be working because he gets to network and be social. Rich is reliable and is skilled at build relationships with people where they feel like they’ve known him for years.
