Charles Troupe to the Express Employment Professionals family in January 2020 as Express Scottsdale's Business Development Manager. Under the mentorship of Franchise Manager, Andrew Lewis, Charles received training on how to sell and interview, while also gaining hands-on experience establishing a successful franchise.

Since then, Charles has quickly moved up through Express, having taken on the Mesa Express office as Interim Franchise Manager while preparing to open and lead our brand-new office in SE Phoenix.
