Jean Boswell is a seasoned staffing veteran with more years than she cares to share!  Suffice it to say, Jean has developed extensive expertise in a variety of service areas. 

Today, Jean's focus is working with our franchise partners in the development of their respective practices.  From Technology, Accounting and Finance, Engineering and now Marketing and Creative, Jean is a resource that can help you or your company find the talent they need. 

Jean and her husband Steve live in Plano with their two dogs, Pickles and Daisy. 

John A. Thomas, CSP, CTS, is a 30+ year veteran of the staffing industry.  He is recognized as a nationally acclaimed staffing industry leader and much sought after National Speaker and Trainer. John has presented to audiences in 40 different states as well as internationally speaking to groups as large as 5,000. He has written a number of articles for industry journals and has published a guide on How to Interview Successfully. John has achieved success and recognition in Behavioral Interviewing Techniques, Customer Service and Sales, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting and Retention, Management and Leadership Training, and Organizational Development. In 1999 he was identified in the "Top 40 Under 40" for Kansas City

Brett Weinberg is a professional staffing Developer in the west zone for The Specialized Recruiting Group (SRG). He received his B.S. in Business Administration from West Virginia University, and has approximately 20 years inside of the staffing arena. Since graduation, Brett has become a veteran of the staffing industry, with his emphasis being placed primarily within the specialty area of the professional sector. He is passionate about helping both individual staffing professionals and Express offices close deals and successfully drive revenue. 

Chase works out of Express Headquarters in Oklahoma City, has a M.A. in Counseling Psychology. He has been with the Specialized Recruiting Group for two years. He is new to the staffing industry, but has four years of previous government administration and contract experience. He is involved in the professional administration, operation, and connection functions between all offices of the Specialized Recruiting Group. 

Conner is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where he studied Human Resource Management at the Price College of Business. Conner serves as our Data Analyst where he strives to bring actionable information to the team to help drive future business decisions.
