Caleb joins the SRG family as a Senior Technical Recruiter and is now Managing Director, having worked in recruiting since graduating from Western Oregon University in 2018. Caleb’s primary focus is supporting the gaming and technical space, where he recently finished work on a contract with Amazon. Caleb is a leader to his recruiting peers. “It is a job you can and will succeed in if you are committed to putting in the work. It allows me the opportunity to help people achieve their life goals and impact their future,” says Caleb. “I look forward to this new chapter in my life, and I am confident that I have found my long-term career home with Specialized Recruiting Group.”

Caleb is passionate about his family and friends and is always up for any type of event where he gets to be around his loved ones. When Caleb is not working, he and his girlfriend, Madi, along with his dad and grandpa, focus on the never-ending projects that come with being a first-time homeowner.

Jenny McCallum, CSP, is a partner, president and developer of the Stoller region of Express Employment Professionals with 29 locations in Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, and California.

McCallum graduated from the University of California Davis where she excelled as the captain of the Women's Basketball team and earned a bachelor's degree in sociology. She also earned the Certified Staffing Professionals designation from American Staffing Association.

McCallum began her career with Express Employment Professionals in 1996 as a temporary associate, quickly developed into a leader, and subsequently held positions as staffing consultant, business developer, branch manager, regional manager and vice president of the Stoller region.

Today, Jenny's responsibilities include growing current franchises and opening new franchises within the Stoller region. She excels at this through self-leadership and accountability. She has a passion for finding the right people to develop into strong leaders who succeed throughout their career. Jenny's determination, leadership, and unique ability to connect with people, easily translates into her coaching and personal life.

Jenny has deep roots in the Portland/Metro area community. She is been an active youth sports coach for over 15 years and has coached all ages including primary, middle school, high school and college athletes. Jenny is just as passionate about volunteering as she is coaching. She currently volunteers her time as a "Big Sister" for Big Brothers Big Sisters Columbia Northwest and has remained an active member on their board of directors since 2008.

While passionate about work, coaching and volunteering, Jenny's greatest passion is her family. Jenny has a blended family of 6 and all are extremely active as student athletes, partaking in a variety of different sports including basketball, football and soccer. Being a committed mother, mentor, and coach is what Jenny knows as normal. She loves giving back in the workplace, the community and her family, and is a great example of how one person can affect so many lives.

William H. Stoller is Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Express Employment Professionals. Prior to co-founding Express, Stoller began his career with Acme Personnel Services in 1973 as a consultant trainee and subsequently held positions as branch manager, group manager, district manager and regional manager for Oregon and Utah.

Stoller is president of The Stoller Group, owning 27 Express offices in Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado. He also owns Xenium, a professional employer organization as well as the Stoller Family Estate and Chehalem Winery and Vineyard, both located in Oregon.

Jorge began his career with SRG in February, 2023. He originally began working in the banking industry but soon moved into the recruiting space. He has experience working for Google, Wish, and Meta, and has recruited for both non-technical and technical roles. Jorge is a people person who values connecting with others and embraces any challenges that come his way.

Though originally from the Bay Area, Jorge had family living in Oregon that he was able to visit frequently. Two years ago, he got the chance to relocate and has loved this beautiful state ever since. On the weekends, he likes hiking, trying new restaurants, and watching movies with his wife and their Havapoo named Churro.

Hoalanh recently joined the SRG team following a career change after holding positions as Manager and District Manager for Marketing and Training departments. She is committed to consistently surpassing expectation in all aspects of her life. With an understanding of the importance of collaboration, she firmly believes in teamwork leading to success.

Hoalanh is from Portland and finds joy outside of work from riding her motorcycle and cherishing quality moments with her family. She has a passion for adventure, exploration, and creating lasting memories, which helps her bring a positive perspective to work. Her best skills are innovation and creativity, and she able to foster relationships with anyone she meets.

Denver’s SRG journey began in March 2024 after spending 17 years producing for staffing agencies, with 15 of those years in technical/IT sales and account management. He loves to build things and learn how they work, and his favorite part of joining the SRG team is being able to contribute his expertise in technical and engineering staffing sales.

Born and raised in Oregon, Denver can be found watching Blazers basketball, playing and producing music, and spending time with his wife and two boys. He is skilled at building and growing lasting relationships, and his friends would describe him as a good listener and always being there to help when he can sense you need it.
