"Express Employment has made us look at the hiring process very differently. As business owners when a position becomes vacant in our company or we are looking at expanding and need to add a new position we often take the “need to fill it” approach. I believe even though we try to hire the best candidate we do not always look at things in an unbiased manner.
Express has proven to me that by involving them you still have input but they remove the guess work. The background work and their keen eye for the “little things” have saved us from hiring the wrong person for the job. They are honest and have their pulse on the job market looking at it from the prospective as a employer and employee. I honestly do not think I would make another hire without their assistance. In the 3 positions we have used their services for they have ranged from entry level administrative to mid level customer services representative position as well as an executive position. After the hire they continued to be in contact to ensure that the candidate was working out and if we needed them to assist in anyway as the employee was settling in to the position.
