    Charlee Doughton joined the Express Richmond office in June 2021. Charlee is a humorous and hardworking person by nature who feels that the most rewarding part about working for Express is making "all the pieces fit." To her, this means both ensuring that their associates are happy with their new assignment as well as that their clients are satisfied with their associates.

    Charlee's previous experience in industrial recruiting made her ideally qualified to work as an Employment Specialist at Express. While she is a Bay Area native, she has lived in both Northern and Southern California over the years. She is passionate about conservation efforts, specifically efforts to protect our oceans. When she's not at work, Charlee enjoys being outdoors and spending time with the Belgian Malinois puppy she rescued from an unhealthy home and helping him build his confidence and develop him into a strong dog.

    Lisa is a natural caregiver, always willing to set aside her personal needs to help others with their own. She works selflessly knowing she can make someone else’s day a success. From working her first job at a register to becoming an FOC at Express Employment Professionals has changed nothing in the way Lisa perceives people and their needs. 

    Lisa is a Bay Area native. She has an interest in the well being of her community and it's people. She's a social butterfly and loves getting to know every one during and away from her desk. On her free time Lisa enjoys doing art and spending quality time with her family.
