    In February 2005, Paul LaFrance opened the Express Employment Professionals office located in Rochester Hills / Shelby Township, MI. During the start-up, the office achieved the second fastest growth in Express Employment history. In subsequent years, the Shelby Township office achieved the coveted Circle of Excellence award which is given to the top 25% of offices within Express. From 2010 to 2012, the office achieved Bronze status (awarded to the top 15%).  In 2013 and 2014, the office achieved Silver status (top 10% of all offices).  In 2015, the Rochester Hills office reached record growth again by achieving Gold status (top 5%).

    During the peak of the Great Recession in 2009, LaFrance acquired the Express office located in Troy / Auburn Hills. Over the years, the Troy office experienced similar success by achieving Circle of Excellence every year since its inception.  In December 2015, LaFrance expanded further by purchasing the Express office located in Clinton Township, MI.  

    In addition to owning 3 Express offices, Paul serves as the Regional Franchise Developer for the state of Michigan.  Express currently operates 20 offices located throughout the Great Lakes State.  Paul oversees and leads the growth and expansion efforts for the Express Employment brand.  In 2015, the Express Michigan group exceeded $100 million dollars in revenue and is still growing!

Express continues to offer annual support to Children’s Miracle Network, Cornerstone Schools, Epilepsy Foundation, Operation Come H.O.M.E. Mary’s Mantle, Rochester Area Neighborhood House, Gleaner’s Food Bank, National Military Family Association, Special Olympics, Older Persons’ Commission, Multiple Sclerosis, and Rochester Community Schools.

    Paul LaFrance proudly serves as an active Board Member for Operation Come H.O.M.E. – a non-profit 501c3 which assists military veterans and their families who are in need of support services such as temporary housing, counselling, and employment services.
