Willis Cook completed his bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2003 and shortly after took a venture into the career world.

With his passion for help people in his community, he began working for Express Employment Professionals in 2004.

After gaining experience in the McMinnville and Salem, Oregon areas, Willis opened the Roseburg franchise on June 4th, 2007.

As the proud franchise owner of Express Employment Professionals in Roseburg, OR, he loves having the opportunity to work with businesses in Douglas County.

He believes in supporting local businesses through placing talented people and helping people succeed through finding them the right opportunity.
