  • Our Success: Helping People

Express Employment Professionals is active in its communities both nationally and locally through its franchise offices. Express gives back in order to help communities, organizations and individuals succeed. The Express corporate giving program reflects the company's vision to help as many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many businesses as possible find good people. Here are a few of the organizations that the Roseville/Rocklin, CA office participate in:

    Albie

Albie Aware's Mission:   To provide assistance for life-saving diagnostic testing, patient advocacy, prevention education and compassionate support to local individuals facing or fighting breast cancer.

Nearly every week  someone calls the Albie Aware office in tears because they thought they were out of options – they call scared, without resources and without support.  Their tears then turn to tears of relief when they are told- “  It’s ok, we can help you.  That is why we are here.  We will pay for your test, we will meet with you and answer your questions, we will go with you to your surgery appointment, your chemo treatment or wig shopping.  “  We tell them- “You’ve found the right place to help you.”

Albie Aware Breast Cancer Foundation began over 10 years ago, when in 2004 Doug Carson created the local 501 (c) 3 non profit  in memory of his late wife Alberta (Albie) Carson, who lost her battle with breast cancer on July 4, 2002.  She left behind two wonderful sons, a devoted husband and loving Sacramento community.

Children's Miracle Network:       We increase funds and awareness for local children’s hospitals.

Since 1983, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has raised more than $5 billion—most of it $1 at a time—for 170 children’s hospitals across the United States and Canada, which, in turn, use the money where it’s needed the most. These donations have gone to support research and training, purchase equipment, and pay for uncompensated care, all to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.

Right now there’s a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital working to save the lives of kids in your community. In fact, 62 children enter a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital for treatment every minute — that's one child every second. Some are battling cancer. Some are suffering from a traumatic injury. Others require constant care because they were born too early, or with a genetic disease. Regardless of why the kids are there, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals always have their doors open.
