It's best to focus on the positive as much as possible by explaining why the company you're interviewing with is a better cultural or professional fit for you.
2. What are your strengths and weaknesses?  This is a classic interview question, but that doesn't make it any easier to answer without some detailed preparation. We recommend being authentic here. Touch on some weaknesses that might have held you back in your former role, and explain how you're actively trying to improve. As for your strengths, be sure the ones you choose to highlight are clearly applicable to the job you're interviewing for.
3. What do you think your most impressive accomplishment is?  If you have many accomplishments you believe are worthy of being mentioned, choose the one that allows you to include some concrete metrics. Then, try to tie this accomplishment to what you hope to accomplish in this new role.
