Deidra Viney has been in staffing for over 20 years. She has become one of the leading and most respected small business owners in the State of New Jersey and nationally within Express Employment Professionals offices. Having established her reputation as an expert in the fields of the professional employment sector, she has become one of the most sought-after experts, lending her straightforward knowledge and expertise to individuals and businesses alike. Deidra hopes to help and support other businesses reach their highest potential.  

Deidra and her team are involved in placing over several hundred employees in Middlesex county in all industries and skill sets. In addition, she also interacts with hundreds of businesses to learn about their business as well as the skills they require for their new employees. And together she aligns herself to help as many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many client companies as possible find good people.

Deidra currently serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for WomenRising- an organization servicing NJ which helps women and families achieve self-sufficiency and live safe and productive lives through social services, economic development and advocacy services.  In addition, she serves on the  Workforce Development Board which develops strategies that ensures the workforce development systems create a strong workforce that is aligned with employer demands.

Most recently, Deidra was featured in the Express Employment Professionals 30 ^th Anniversary "Portraits of Hope" book. 

The Express Employment Professionals of Edison, NJ has been recognized as a "Circle of Excellence" office.  

Deidra has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rutgers University- School of Business at the New Brunswick campus.  More recently she is a graduate of of the Express Employment Professionals - Express Leadership Academy- an academy for leaders.

Gina is our superstar, the jack of all trades! She has worked for Express since 2015 starting out as a junior recruiter. Since this time, she has grown and blossomed into our office manager as well as carrying her primary role as a Senior Industrial Staffing Consultant. She is responsible for meeting all the staffing needs of her clients and associates, and she does it with class. 

Gina has staffed over 5,000 jobs and celebrates every placement with a wild yell and dance. Gina is one of the hardest workers and knows exactly how to handle every situation. She stays late almost everyday and does it with a smile. In her words, her favorite part about working for Express is, "After being here for so long, most of my associates and clients have become family to me. I get paid to be myself and pour love into everyone. Due to being a single mother and relocating, I missed the train and didn't get to finish college for social work. But working at Express allows me to live through my passions and serve the community."

Katiwsca has been apart of the Edison team since 2021. She handles all things front office including answering phones, greeting associates, setting up on computer testing, paychecks and general administrative duties, as well as handling all things Express! 

Katiwsca loves helping out others achieve success which is why she finds working for Express Employment such a great fit. She takes pride in her work and loves connecting with associates, clients and co-workers. Katiwsca is a very positive minded and goal oriented individual which helps in her role here at Express Employment.
