    3. Research and Preparation:
     
    • Description: This phase involves meticulous research into the role's specifics. We craft compelling job descriptions, personalized LinkedIn connection notes, InMail messages, and engaging job postings to attract top talent.
     
    4. Outreach and Engagement:
     
    • Description: Leveraging various social media platforms and job boards, we launch the role with frequent updates to maximize visibility and engagement. Our proactive approach ensures that potential candidates are aware of the opportunity.
     
    5. Candidate Assessment:
     
    • Description: Once applications start pouring in, we rigorously review each applicant and sourced candidate against the requirements and qualifications outlined by the client. This ensures that only the most suitable candidates progress further in the process.
     
    6. Screening & Submission:
