For the past five years, she has worked in technology, machining, manufacturing, customer service, accounting, and human resources recruitment, gaining a deep understanding of the intricacies and demands of these sectors.

Originally from Kansas, April made a life-changing decision to move to California 6 years ago. She fell in love with the vibrant lifestyle and endless opportunities that the Golden State has to offer. Currently residing in Roseville, California, she shares her home with three adorable dogs who bring joy and companionship to her daily life.

Blake is a seasoned Recruitment and Operations Professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, staffing, operations management, and business development. With a career spanning over a decade, Blake has consistently demonstrated proficiency in identifying top talent, building strong client relationships, and driving successful recruitment outcomes. He is currently serving as a Recruiting Manager within and throughout our organization. Blake's career journey reflects a commitment to excellence, continuous learning, and delivering results in recruitment and operations management. Blake has a proven track record of success across various industries and brings a wealth of expertise into his role while driving organizational growth and success.

Rachel joined Express Employment Professionals in September 2012, after time in Management and Sales in both the Property Management and the IT Industry, she joined EEP to move back to Sacramento from the Bay area. Rachel joined the offices owned by Tina and Tom Williams, to start her career in recruiting as an Account Manager. Since joining the team in September 2012, she's been grateful to lead a dynamic team and partner with many local business leaders and candidates. 

Tina, Tom, and Rachel partnered on their first Franchise together in January 2017 and have been partners of two award-winning Express Employment Professionals offices in the Sacramento Valley.  They launched the new division of Specialized Recruiting Group in July 2022, after identifying the need of local business and candidates for a locally owned Professional Recruiting firm. They are passionate about partnering with businesses in the Sacramento area and making a difference by understanding each client company's business goals and staffing challenges, with the goal of identifying top talent for their organizations. Their approach is to get to know a client so well that they are considered an extension of their client's internal team.

Quinten joined the SRG team in 2022 after spending time recruiting and selling in the Medical Device Industry. He leads our Construction division coming from a family of General contractors. He primarily places top-performing Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, Estimators and Executives for leading general contractors, engineering firms, and residential firms throughout Northern California.

Quinten graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno where he received degrees in both Finance and Economics, as well as playing Wide Receiver on the Football team. Outside of work, Quinten is still involved with football as the Head Coach of the JV Football team at local Oak Ridge High School.
