September 2015 - Rebecca Garza

Rebecca first interviewed with our Express office in July of 2007.  She worked a couple of short-term assignment in 2007.  Then she didn’t work with Express again until 2011.  However, since April of 2011 Rebecca has been working for Express nearly continuously – 3 years with one client and now just over a year with Thompson Mailing.  Her attitude and work ethic is exactly what we look for in associates and is exactly what the client was looking for.  The client couldn’t be happier.  Her supervisor says that Rebecca is very dependable and her work ethic is second to none.   She is an asset to the organization and is well liked.  She has even helped us by referring members of her family to Express!

August 2015 - E Nhouvannasack

E interviewed with our Express office in March this year (2015). We had one interview with a client for her in April and were surprised when the client didn’t select her. However, it worked out for the best when in early May we introduced E to her current client where she has been working since.  We don’t often recognize an associate who has just one assignment with us.  However, E has been a long-time employee within the Express network of office having worked with Express in Wisconsin from 2007 to 2012.  And we didn’t want to miss the opportunity to recognize E.  Her attitude and work ethic is exactly what we look for in associates and is exactly what the client was looking for.  The client couldn’t be happier.  The current client stated he wish he had found E 10 years ago since his business could have used her skills, talent and dedication all along. She is an asset to the organization.

July 2015 - Logan Arant

Logan interviewed with our Express office in March this year (2015). We placed him at one of our clients 4 days later. And today (August 5) he is going permanent with that client. We don’t often recognize an associate who has just one assignment with us. But we didn’t want to miss the opportunity to recognize Logan. His attitude and work ethic is exactly what we look for in associates and is exactly what the client was looking for. When Logan hurt his arm he didn’t want to stop working. Additionally, Logan has also been kind enough to send us a referral.  

June 2015 - Martha Thomas

Martha first started with our Express office in October 2013. Martha has done so well and has been such a valued employee that she has been requested back by several clients. She has had 10 successful assignments with 7 different clients through Express. In particular, I remember one assignment where it was short-term to get a company’s paper work caught-up. In addition to getting the paperwork caught up, Martha took the initiative to develop a continuity book outlining the process she followed so that anyone doing that work could easily pick up the tasks and continue the work. She is professional, always pleasant, well organized and always willing to help with extra work. 

May 2015 - Brenda Longoria

Brenda is a relatively new associate to our Express office having started recently in March. However, her positive impact at our client has been tremendous where she moved up in position within three weeks of starting. Brenda is often referred to as a workhorse – getting the job done efficiently and effectively. She likes fast-paced operations and when interviewed and asked what she was most proud she said, “helping all the employees and customers” which demonstrates her commitment to quality customer service.

Her commitment, dependability and quality work ethic and product make her deserving of this award.

April 2015 - Hope Rodriguez

Hope first started with Express here in San Antonio in February 2006. Hope has done so well and has been such a valued employee that she has been requested back by numerous clients. She has had 37 successful assignments with 21 different clients through Express. The only time an assignment has ended is when there wasn’t enough work. She has been on her current assignment since November of 2010 and is a crucial member of the team that keeps the product moving. Hope is steady, reliable and efficient.  

February 2015 - Michael Pineda

Michael first started with Express here in San Antonio in December 2012. Michael has done so well and has been such a valued employee that he has been on only one assignment through Express. He has been with the client company for over 2 years. Michael is always available; he is always at work, always on time and usually early. He always volunteers for additional work and will stay late to get the job done. Michael can be counted on to be there, to do the job and to do it well.  

January 2015 - John Wooton

John first started with Express here in San Antonio in October 2013. John has had successful assignments with eight different companies through Express. John is one of those who is asked for by-name from our clients. Jeff Meyer, owner of the northeast Express office stated, "On his last two assignments the clients each stated what a joy it was to have John working for them. they could tell him what they wanted done and he would make it happen impressing them with his ingenuity and initiative."  John is an exemplar to not only our associates but to all employees. He is well liked and fits in well with any team.
