• Employee of the Month

    The following Express associates qualified for the Employee of the Month Award by maintaining excellent attendance, possessing strong motivation, and exhibiting the ability to work both in a team setting and individually.

    In addition to this recognition, our Employees of the Month receive a certificate, an Express "Employee of the Month" coffee tumbler, an Express t-shirt, and a $50 gift card.

  • EOM Dec 2016December 2016 - Maria Hernandez

    When Maria first interviewed with Express in late July 2016, her staffing consultant, Tina, immediately recognized her positive personality and experience in a call center environment. When an opportunity opened in August, placing Maria here was a no-brainer. Maria is friendly, dependable, reliable, and we’ve heard she never turns down an opportunity to work. We are proud to work with Maria and to name her our Employee of the Month for December 2016!  

  • EOM Nov 2016November 2016 - Craig Stevenson

    Craig first interviewed with Express in March this year (2016). When we placed him in a temporary job, the client was very impressed, especially with his work ethic.  He said that when Craig finished his driving route he would come into the warehouse and pick up a broom. And when that was done Craig would look for other areas where he could help.  Overall he’s dependable, a great worker, and an Army veteran showing that our vets have so much to contribute wherever they go.  

  • EOM Oct 2016October 2016 - Craigon Nicewarner

    Craigon first interviewed with Express in July this year (2016). He’s had two assignments with Express.  On his first assignment, he received great reviews.  The client really wanted to hang-on to him but the work slowed down and they had to let him go.  During that slow-down, Craigon started on his current assignment and is on-track to go permanent.  When he interviewed with us the Staffing Consultant recognized his value. She wrote: “He would be great for any position that we find for him."

  • EOM Sep 2016September 2016 - William Sweatt

    In April 2014, Will started a long-term assignment through Express, helping manage a warehouse. He did so well in that position – with a demonstrated ability to adapt and move up that the company transferred him into a long-term engineering assignment.  When that contract came to an end, Express confidently moved Will to his current position. Will has always demonstrated his strong work ethic and interest in growing as an employee and professional. Two years on a single contract can be a tough assignment – but Will has proven time and again that he can be counted on to get the job done while continuously learning and developing.

  • EOM Aug 2016August 2016 - Maricella Diaz

    Maricella first applied with our office in February this year (2016).  She has had two assignments with Express and has received rave reviews from both.   We have the following quote from the supervisor from her first assignment where Maricella filled-in for someone on leave, “Maricella is working out AMAZING! I [the client] normally have to go in on the weekends to catch up on some work, but this week Maricella had done everything and got the office caught up so I got to enjoy my weekend. She has been a huge help and I am very happy with her and the work she is doing.”  Her Staffing Consultant Tina stated, “Maricella has received good feedback about how fast she picked up on the job how she is always willing to work and go the extra mile to learn more than just her job.“

  • EOM Jul 2016July 2016 - Tyrus Tillmon

    The Express Employment Professionals Northeast Office is proud to recognize Tyrus Tillmon as our Employee of the Month for July 2016. Tyrus exhibits all of the qualities Express and its clients look for in an employee: a dependable, responsible person who works hard, learns quickly and adapts to a new environment quickly and efficiently. Tyrus is working with Express during his summer break from college.  He has successfully completed 6 assignments where he always receives great reviews from the client.


  • EOM Jun 2016June 2016 - Yvonne Skeen

    Yvonne first applied with our office in February this year.  Yvonne has been our go-to administrative employee since then working on 6 different assignments for 4 different clients. She has been well-liked and is always asked back wherever she has worked. She gives every job 100%, is always there, and gets along with everybody. At one client she took initiative to do more than her assigned duties and helped get the client get caught up with numerous projects and paperwork.  The client was very appreciative. 

  • EOM May 2016May 2016 - David Livingston

    David first applied with our office in July of 2015.  We had only one opportunity for David before we were able to place him in January this year with Johnson Brothers. We were looking for a good place for him as we recognized his sound work ethic and outstanding qualities.  David's supervisor said that he, "displayed his outstanding work ethic by asking what he can do to satisfy our customers and make the company’s customers his customers.  On his own, he asked if he could learn more than one route so he could be a reliable alternative if needed.  Often, people are only looking for a job that makes the most money, but David shows more than that. He wants to contribute his talent not only to benefit himself but to also benefit the company.  His attitude is exemplary.”  

  • EOM Apr 2016April 2016 - Virginia Vega

    Virginia first applied with our office in January 2016.  She was referred to us by her daughter, Anabell who has worked with us for a couple over a year.  From our interview with Virginia, we noted: “Great interview, she is bilingual and is more hands on experience. She wants to work assembly and has good people skills.”   Within a couple of weeks we had Virginia placed with Schroeder America and she has been here since.  Her supervisor says she learns quickly is good at her job and is a very hard worker. She always shows up and gives it her all. 

  • EOM Mar 2016March 2016 - Lorenzo Lopez

    Lorenzo first applied with our office in July 2015 shortly after moving here from TN.  He had one assignment that month that he completed.  Then we placed him with a client in the oil and gas service industry and he worked successfully with them for about 6 months. They liked him quite a bit and wanted to bring him on permanent but the downturn in the industry turned into cutbacks and Lorenzo was available for a new assignment.  Less than a month after that he started at Besco. Now, 3 months later Lorenzo is about to go permanent with Besco. We’re very happy for Lorenzo and have been pleased to be part of his employment team.

  • EOM Feb 2016February 2016 - Addam Washington

    Addam first applied with our office in September 2015.  In September and October Addam successfully completed 3 short-term assignments with 3 different clients.  He was well liked at each one. The feedback on Addam suggested he would be a success on a long-term evaluation-hire and so when the opportunity at Santex came up we believed Addam to be a good match.  Now 4 months later Addam is about to go permanent at Santex. His interview summary from Victoria stated: “Very good interview, loves to work and eager to get back to work, doesn’t like standing around. Has a will do and can do attitude.”  We’re very happy for Addam and have been pleased to be part of his employment team.

  • EOM Jan 2016January 2016 - Jonathan Saunders

    Jonathan first applied with our office in 2011.  He went permanent with a client through another Express office back then.  He came back In October last year (2015).  The summary from his interview with us was that he is mild mannered and seems ready to work.  That seems to have been an understatement. He has had three successful assignments.  Jonathan worked an overnight job for us for several weeks on a demolition job removing tile.  He also worked a one-week team-job lumping furniture.  At both assignments he received kudos from the client for his strong work ethic.  Currently, he has made a positive impact at our client and is highly regarded for his skills, work ethic and positive attitude. His supervisor stated “Jonathan hits a 10 on every aspect.”
