Express Team

  • Building Relationships.
    Building a Team.

We believe the greatest strength of any business is its people. The Sarnia Express Employment Professionals team is very proud of the entire Express family with over 700 Express offices throughout the U.S., Canada and South Africa.

  • The Express Team

From matching job seekers to the right jobs to ensuring the needs of our clients are met, every member of our Express team is committed to helping people find great jobs and helping clients find great people. Here are descriptions of key positions within our office that fulfill the needs of job seekers, associates, clients, and employers on a daily basis.

  • Employment Specialist

The Employment Specialist is a critical player in an Express Employment Professionals office with the primary emphasis on filling job orders from client companies. Employment Specialists are expected to build and maintain a core of strong associates in a variety of functions and be in a position to fill job orders quickly and efficiently on a daily basis in the areas of Professional, Light Industrial, and Office Services.

  • Franchise Owner

As a locally owned franchise, we are directly impacted by the economic ups and downs of Sarnia's business community. And, because we're backed by one of the largest staffing companies in North America, we have access to resources most local employment agencies just can't match. We live and work in Sarnia-Lambton, and we're invested in the success of our service and the local business community.

  • Business Developer

The Business Developer for an Express Employment Professionals office is a critical position and is the person responsible for securing new business. This is done by identifying potential business opportunities in our community and contacting key decision makers, through sales calls, by phone, and in-person.

  • Front Office Coordinator

The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for creating a positive first impression for all traffic (telephone or in-person) in the Express office. As the office hub and host, the Front Office Coordinator needs to ensure that all administrative activities, incoming calls, and applicant flow move smoothly. FOCs organize all office activities to ensure all tasks are met to the satisfaction of the internal team, clients, associates, and applicants.
