Joe Paquette has been coaching and training Express Employment Professionals Franchisees for more than eight years. He focuses on sales and recruiting strategies, as well as business development, time management, overcoming hiring challenges, and encouraging business owners to follow their entrepreneurial dreams. Paquette began his career at Express in Oklahoma City at age 23 as a Staffing Consultant before transitioning to manager of an Express office. He was a Field Consultant for Express Employment Professionals International Headquarters for eight years before he became a Corporate Developer for Office Services.

Paquette was born in Springfield, IL, but grew up in Oklahoma City. Paquette earned a double major in finance and marketing at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, OK. In 2015, he earned his master trainer certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).

As a subject matter expert on the topics of staffing, sales, and recruiting, Paquette has given more than 200 presentations and seminars for franchise owners, their staff, and clients for the vast network of Express franchises in the United States, Canada, and South Africa. A highlight for Paquette has been presenting Express’ Job Genius program to nearly 2,000 students in a single day. He has a passion for helping others achieve a higher level of success, whether by finding their fit in the workplace, strengthening their small business, or achieving greater freedom through financial education.
