Pat Dolan knows a thing or two about sales. In fact, he’s
sold everything from stocks and commercial real estate to staffing and
procurement services. And with that well-rounded background in several
industries, he pulls from years of experience to help small businesses grow in
their fields and reach the success they once
only dreamed of.
In his presentation “ClickPoint,” Dolan teaches how to
effectively hire the right sales people and what you need to do to have a
successful onboarding process to ensure your employees become productive
sooner. In “Selling From the Top Down,” he explains how to bypass the
traditional sales ladder to get to the decision maker quicker.

Professionals, Dolan works as a consultant and business coach in the Chicago
area—however, his ultimate goal is to help Franchisees build their businesses
and achieve their entrepreneurial goals.
Before coming to Express, Dolan worked on the trading floor
at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, then transitioned into selling commercial
real estate with Cushman & Wakefield, and online media with Reuters and Dow
Jones. After catching the entrepreneurial bug, he purchased a promotional
products franchise in Manhattan. After years in New York, Dolan returned to
Chicago to join the family business—staffing.
Dolan received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the
College of the Holy Cross and earned a Master of Business Administration from
Northwestern University. He is also a dedicated contributor to his community,
serving as the past chairman to the charity, Saint Joseph Services, which
offers afterschool activities and summer camps for at-risk children.
