Professionals franchise since 2009 and opened a 2nd location in
Altoona, Pa. in 2011. Prior to ownership
she worked under the previous owner as a Staffing Consultant. . She has a Bachelors Degree from The
Pennsylvania State University in Communications, Arts and Sciences. While at Express; she has obtained her
Certified Inside Staffing Consultant, Outside Sales and Certified Staffing
Professional Certification through Express University. She has also obtained her PHR from the HR
Certification Institute in 2013 and her SHRM Certified Professional Certification
in 2014. She has a total of 12 years’
experience in the staffing industry, in addition to Express she worked as a
staffing agent with Randstad Work Solutions in the Philadelphia area. She worked as a Recruiter and Account
Manager. Prior to Randstad she managed
Victoria’s Secret Stores as a Store Director, overseeing all store operations
at three different locations. Some of
Ami’s strengths are her upbeat personality, integrity, and initiative to get
the job done. She is currently a member
of the CBICC, Human Resource Society of Centre County where she held two
consecutive years as President, Human Resource Management Association of Blair
County, Society of Human Resources (SHRM) and The Altoona Referral Network Group.
