Franchise Owner and Managing Partner, Timothy Young originally became the Franchise Manager of Express Employment Professionals - Tempe, AZ on February 1st, 2018, bringing with him 12 years of sales experience and 4 years of previous staffing experience. Tim is the type of person who takes pride in his work and in maintaining his personal integrity by always aiming to do the right thing. Tim has always been a very driven individual who loves to see our office and our team doing well.

Having lived in the East Valley his entire life, he has attended school locally from Kindergarten all the way to attending college at Arizona State University. When he's not in the office leading our staffing team, associates, and clients towards success he can be found camping, exercising, and spending quality time with family and friends.
