Ivonne joined Express Employment Professionals in May 2015 and is one of our Employment Specialists. She is a kind and caring employee who enjoys helping candidates find new employment opportunities. Ivonne’s previous work experience has been in the customer service industry, allowing her to develop her interpersonal skills and connect with others while working. The most rewarding part of working with Express for Ivonne is making a difference in people’s lives and helping them find work.

Ivonne has lived in Arizona most of her life since her parents immigrated to the U.S. when she was about 2-3 years old. Ivonne has married her husband for nine years, and they have three wonderful children together. Ivonne loves spending time with her family and husband when she is not at work. She also enjoys watching horror movies alone, because her husband is not a fan of the genre. Ivonne’s favorite quote is: “The roughest roads often lead to the top.”

We welcomed Kelsey to Express Employment Professionals in November 2020 as one of our Employment Specialists. She is a dedicated and passionate employee who enjoys working with others and helping them succeed in finding new career paths. Kelsey's previous employment has allowed her to develop and hone her skill set. She has worked in the customer service industry as an Assistant Manager in two health clubs and was also a quality control supervisor for a manufacturing plant. Kelsey believes in our mission here at Express and says the most rewarding part of working with us is seeing how she is helping change lives and watching candidates find jobs they are passionate about and enjoy.

Kelsey grew up in a small farm town in Illinois before moving to another city in the state. After meeting her husband and taking on the role of a stepmom, they decided to move to Arizona, looking for a safer environment for their children. Kelsey likes to spend her free time with her husband and their three boys when she isn't working. She enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active by working out and running. In addition, her family likes to take vacations to see live E-sports to bond and have fun together. Kelsey's friends would describe her as imaginative, innovative, and caring. Her favorite quote is: "I am the one thing in life I can control. I am inimitable. I am an original."

Express Employment Professionals welcomed Brittany to the Tempe branch in May 2021 as our Office Services Employment Specialist. Brittany loves to help people find their purpose and is a very bubbly and outgoing employee. Her previous work experience was within the customer service industry, investigating insurance claims for a large insurance company. Brittany has also held positions within the hospitality industry, where she was again able to use her skill set to help others. The most rewarding part of working with Express for Brittany is being able to help people find new careers and instill hope in the people she connects with.

Brittany is originally from Michigan, and before making Arizona her home, she lived in multiple states. One unique thing about Brittany is that she loves putting pineapple on her pizza. When Brittany’s not at work, she loves doing anything active, including going to the gym and hiking. In addition, she loves spending time with her three-year-old German Shepard and talking with her grandma. Brittany’s favorite quote is: “Be yourself; everyone else is taken!”

Tyler joined Express Employment Professionals in December 2020. He is a genuine individual who’s invested in personal and professional growth for himself and those around him. This quality has allowed him to excel as our Professional Recruiter. His previous work experience as a Sales Manager has allowed him to hone his skill set, which he now implements within our office. The most rewarding part of working for Express for Tyler is being able to help his community members find rewarding careers.

Tyler has spent most of his life living in Arizona. He is a husband to his beautiful wife of ten years and a father to two wonderful children, his six-year-old son and a five-year-old daughter. Tyler is also a dog dad to his one-year-old border collie mix. He loves spending his free time with his family and is an enormous sports enthusiast. Tyler’s friends would describe him as a reliable person that they could count on. His favorite quote is: “The most important thing is to enjoy your life – to be happy – it’s all that matters.”

Justin joined Expres Employment Professionals in September 2022 and is our office's Business Developer. He is a very driven and goal-oriented employee dedicated to providing solutions whenever necessary. Justin has previous experience in customer service positions, working in sales, operations management, telecommunications, and logistics. Justin enjoys working within a team and finds the most rewarding part of working for Express is assisting people in finding careers that best fit their expertise, while simultaneously helping employers with their staffing needs.

Justin is a native of Mesa, Arizona, but has experienced different parts of the valley. He has been married to his high school sweetheart for five years and is a father to a son and two dogs. His friends would describe him as a dependable person with expert advice. Justin is passionate about his faith, family, traveling, and food. His favorite quote is: "The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall." Justin is an essential part of the Tempe team and continues to display his personable traits throughout the office.

Express Employment Professionals welcomed Jane Hanson to the team in September 2021 as the Front Office Coordinator. Jane is an amicable and outgoing person who can always lend a hand when needed. She has also developed years of customer service experience after working for a large insurance company for twenty years. As the Front Office Coordinator, she enjoys greeting applicants and connecting them with the appropriate specialist. However, the most rewarding part of working for Express for Jane is helping candidates find the best employment opportunities and working alongside her coworkers.

Jane moved from Kansas City to Arizona with her husband for the beautiful desert weather and landscape. She enjoys watching most sports and staying active by playing golf during her free time. Jane and her husband have three wonderful adult children. One unique thing about Jane is that she has the “gift of the gab” and enjoys using her talent in her personal and professional life. Her favorite quote is: “Live each day like it is your last!”
