Express Employment Professionals Highlights Yearly Business Legal Updates

Each year there are a multitude of Legislative and Legal updates in California. A local job agency in Ventura County provided a yearly seminar for business owners and leaders in California. The seminar detailed legal and legislative changes coming in 2020. This year the seminar was led by Lonnie D. Giamela, a local law business guru.

The 2020 legal seminar covered a wide range of newly updated laws, including a complete review of the California Consumer Privacy Act. Other topics to looked forward to were "no-rehire" clauses, identifying risk factors and guidance on new laws regarding meals and breaks during work hours.
