Supervisor Boot Camp:
Practical Lessons for Practical Leading

This training boot camp provides the practical tools, tips, and techniques necessary for your front-line managers to thrive in the day-to-day battle of the business world. This high energy, practical, and educational course is delivered in five different sessions, over several flexible weeks. The first four sessions are taught in a group environment. The fifth and final session is 2-hours of on-site coaching and consulting to help participants apply the tools they received in boot camp to their daily work.

How to lead, manage, and conduct meetings – virtual and in-person

How to speak so you are heard and understood – with respect & dignity

SESSION 4: Now What? — Apply What You Learned

Plan, implement, & modify (as necessary) your year, month, week, and day

Giving & receiving meaningful, constructive, and actionable feedback

Kaizen – how to continually improve your career, company, and community

SESSION 5: On-site and/or Virtual Coaching & Consulting

Real-time and immediate 1-on-1 feedback
