    Vancouver, WA - November 29, 2021

2021-11 November Employment Company in Vancouver WA You've done it! You've finally landed the interview you've been hoping for, and you've prepared an answer to every question your interviewer could toss your way. But have you prepared any questions for your interviewer? If your answer is no, then read on for 8 questions provided by an  employment company  you should ask during your interview to ensure that you fully understand both the position and the company.

     1) What is your favorite aspect of working here?

This question not only gives you some insight into what your potential managers like about their employer but also allows them to brag about their own company and entice you to want to work for them.

    2) How can I be successful in this position?

This is one of the most important questions to ask when interviewing for any position. You want to know what it will take to be successful in this role which means that you need to find out how well your potential job aligns with your strengths, interests, and goals.

    3) What personality trait do you value most in your employees?

It's not enough to find out the job skills that the company values most, you also want to know what type of personality traits they look for in their employees. This way, if your interviewer tells you that their company values ambition above all else, then you can follow up with the next question.

    4) What sorts of professional development opportunities do you provide?

Interviewers will usually talk about training options for new employees, but they may avoid discussing professional development opportunities which likely means that there aren't many if any programs in place to help you develop professionally.

    5) How frequently will my performance be evaluated?

This question is worth asking because you want to make sure that the company is willing to provide you with frequent feedback.

    6) Does your company offer insurance benefits?

If it's not included in the original job description, then you have every right to ask whether healthcare is provided by the company. Not only is this something worth considering when choosing an employer, but it can also help you set expectations for future salary negotiations.

    7) What sort of timeline do you have for filling this position?

Every company moves at a different pace when it comes to filling vacant positions, so you want to be sure that your interviewer is being sincere about the timeline for hiring someone new. This question also makes it clear that you are interested in the position which could help shorten the hiring process if they are eager to fill the open slot.
