    When an interviewer gives vague answers, it can be a sign that the company is not prepared for interviews or that they are hiding something from you. It may also indicate that the person conducting the interview does not have much information about what is going on within their organization and cannot answer your questions. A good interviewer will be able to give you clear and specific answers about the company, job duties, work environment, and any other relevant topic during an interview.  

    1. The interviewer cannot clearly explain the job to you. 

    If a potential employer is not prepared for interviews or does not have enough information about what is going on within their organization, they may not be able to clearly explain the job. The interviewer should be able to talk in detail about your duties and responsibilities, as well as how those duties will relate to other departments or positions at the company. If you think of any questions during an interview, ask them! Don't let anyone tell you that it's inappropriate to do so.     1. The interviewer describes the work environment in neutral terms. 

    During an interview, the interviewer should be able to give you a clear picture of what it's like to work at the company. If they use bland adjectives like "fine" or "good," there may be problems within the organization, so the interviewer is avoiding going into detail. You should also be wary of interviewers who describe the company in overly positive terms, as this may indicate a lack of honesty on their part. 

    1. You hear that there is high employee turnover. 

    If a company has trouble keeping employees, there may be problems with the work environment or management style that you should know about before accepting a position at this organization. Ask the interviewer why people leave and if they feel like some of these issues could impact your own experience working there too.  

    Keep these in mind when you are interviewing with a company and remember that it's okay to say no if something doesn't feel right. Don't let yourself get discouraged; your job search won't last forever. It is best to be patient in finding the ideal job, rather than rushing through the process and ending up with a job you don't like!
