Bobee Bero, SHRM-CP, PHR, - Owner

Bobee has 30 years of experience in the staffing industry.  In 1984 Bobee started working as a temporary administrative assistant to pay for college; but was soon offered a permanent job with a staffing company as a sales representative, hence starting her life long career in the staffing industry.  Bobee received two Associate's Degrees, one in Business Administration and one Associate' Degree in Technology and also has received her Professional in Human Resources certification with the State of Wisconsin in 2011.  She is grateful for the opportunity to own her own staffing franchise to help as many good people find good jobs within the Waukesha County area.  

Andrew Bero  - Owner

Andrew served our country in the U.S. Navy and the Army Reserve.  A native of Delaware; after marrying Bobee, moved to Wisconsin in 1988.  Andrew has been a sales engineer his whole career. He has serviced large manufacturing clients throughout the state and is very familiar with different manufacturing processes which include, plastic, paper, porcelin, and metals, just to name a few.  Andrew has acquired a new hobby of making jewelry and is excited about where the journey in the arts will take him.

Andria Bero - Employment Specialist  

Andria is one of our Employment Specialists & a graduate from Waukesha County Technical College with her Associate’s Degree in Education. Her passions include helping her community and making those around her laugh. She loves her job and the people she helps while doing it. As an Employment Specialist, she aims to make every Associate who walks through our doors feel welcomed and valued. She is a down to earth and open person who is eager to get you working with Express Employment Professionals - Waukesha office to help you find your next career path! 

 Lymarie Rivera - Employment Specialist

My native language is Spanish and have been able to increase my fluency in English. And, I look forward to building strong relationships with great communication in both Spanish and English with the clients and associates that we work with.  Over the years, I have dedicated myself to providing professional customer service.   I have obtained my degree in Business Administration with a certification in Sociology.  I have also taken classes in Criminal Justice and Psychology because I enjoy learning and expanding my mind.  I have a passion for culinary arts and science. I achieved ServSafe and Pivot Program Certification from the State of Wisconsin.  I have owned 2 restaurants over the years.  Serving and seeing others happy inspires me.  Together with the Waukesha Express Team, we help others reach their dreams through the dignity and pride that comes with having work to provide for their families.

Kyrsten Koehn- Front Office Coordinator
 Kyrsten graduated from the Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. She is new to the staffing industry, however, with a background in Marketing and a passion for helping people, she is excited to be a member of the Express Employment Team. Her previous work experience includes community outreach, clerical support, and food service. In her free time, she enjoys making jewelry, painting, traveling, and attending concerts. She is an animal lover and enjoys spending time at home with her cat.
