Kacy Woods joined our Express Employment Professionals' team in November 2020 as our Recruitment Specialist. Through Kacy's hard work, dedication, and leadership she was promoted to Operations Manager in January of 2021. 

Background: After graduating high school in Middletown, CA Kacy joined the US Navy, where she was stationed on the USS John C. Stennis CVN-74 in San Diego, CA. After her time in the Navy she moved to Red Bluff, where her mom and brother were living at the time and is where she met her husband of 18 years. After living in Red Bluff for 10 years, Kacy and her family moved to Yreka in 2011 where she graduated from Shasta College with an AS degree in Medical Office Administration. With Kacy's 10+ years in management, assisting her husband in operations management in their own business, Kacy is a perfect choice to manage the Yreka Express Office. 

Family: Kacy has one daughter, a son in law and one VERY energetic grandson, born on the 4 ^th of July. She also has 1 pug named Journee.

Interests: Kacy LOVES to spend time with her family, she can't get enough of her grandson! Kacy also LOVES to spend time out on Lake Shasta on her patio boat - spends just about all of her off time there during the summer.

Best Skillset: Being incredibly organized…paying attention to detail.

Nicole Ottinger joined our Express Employment Professionals' team in February 2021 as our Front Office Coordinator. She was then quickly promoted to a Recruitment Specialist within a months' time and is now an Employment Specialist! Nicole is generally the first contact any person visiting an Express office has and is responsible for creating a positive first impression for all traffic and, in most cases are the foundation upon which a person's overall impression of Express is based. 

Interests:  When Nicole is not working for Express, she is coaching several dance/gymnastics teams at her family-owned facility located in Yreka. When she's not doing that, she loves to play softball with her little sister and spend time with her dog Ellie Mae.

Best Skillset:  Nicole strives to present excellent customer service to every person that comes through our doors and her goal is to make every person we help to feel valued and appreciated throughout the application and employment process.
