Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an Employment Specialist for our local offices. As an Employment Specialist, you will help connect job seekers with available jobs by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and posting job opportunities online. You will support and supervise associates you have placed on assignment. An integral part of this position is acting in a sales capacity within the community to develop client relationships and obtain more job opportunities.
Essential Functions
- Utilize multiple recruiting methods and strategies for available roles
- Post job openings on various platforms
- Screens applicants and qualified candidates
- Schedules and conducts interviews
- Performs sales calls to obtain new clients and job opportunities
- Collaborates with clients to identify hiring needs and criteria
- Interacts with associates placed on assignment to evaluate performance, attendance, and provide support
Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $18.00/HR - $20.00/HR
Location: Chickasha, OK
Requirements
- 2 Years in a Customer Service role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to multi-task and stay organized
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- HS Diploma or GED
- Recruiting experience preferred
