Job Full Description

The position supports both the Director of New Business and the Client Service Associate during an exciting period of growth. You’ll be a behind-the-scenes orchestrator—bringing order, clarity, and care to the client experience and internal operations.

  • New Account Administration
    • Complete reminder calls for all policy delivery and client service appointments
    • Update and maintain CRM/Client Database with new client data
    • File necessary paperwork with carriers to facilitate funds transfers
    • Assist with post-meeting communication as needed by Director of New Business and Client Service Associate
  • Follow up as directed by Director of New Business on pending new business and transfers and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Manage relationships with insurance carriers to ensure all client information changes remain current (e.g., address updates, contact details, beneficiary changes) are accurately communicated and processed in a timely manner.
  • Assist with account maintenance such as beneficiary designations, distribution requests, and other administrative tasks, ensuring proper documentation and escalation to licensed staff as needed.

Qualifications
• Exceptional verbal communication and people skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with CRM systems (Experience with Redtail is preferred but not required.)
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
