Job Full Description
Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an experienced Laboratory Technician to join a well-established agricultural testing laboratory in Southeast Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, active work and is eager to learn by working closely alongside experienced chemists.
Key Responsibilities

Support chemists in conducting daily lab tests and analyses

Prepare, label, and handle samples accurately and efficiently

Operate and maintain lab equipment and ensure a clean, organized workspace

Follow established testing protocols under vent hoods and safety guidelines

Record and enter data accurately for reporting and quality assurance

Assist with same-day test processing for time-sensitive samples

Collaborate effectively with other lab staff to maintain smooth operations
Qualifications

New graduates encouraged to apply or equivalent experience

Experience in fast-paced, hands-on environments preferred

Experience in agriculture preferred

Ability to stand and move throughout the day; comfortable working on your feet

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn
