CNC Mill Machinist / Programmer (Mazatrol)
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) | Overtime available

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled CNC Mill Machinist & Programmer who thrives in a high-precision environment. In this role, you won't just be pushing buttons; you will be the primary owner of the process—from Mazatrol conversational programming and setup to full operation. This is a critical position within our team, requiring a blend of technical mastery and an aerospace-grade commitment to quality.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Programming: Utilize Mazatrol Conversational Programming to develop efficient machining processes directly at the machine.

Setup & Operation: Perform full setups and operate Mazak milling centers to produce high-tolerance parts.

Technical Literacy: Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings with a deep understanding of aerospace specifications.

Precision Adjustments: Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments (offsets, tool changes, etc.) to maintain accuracy.

Quality Inspection: Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) to verify that all parts meet strict dimensional requirements.

Collaboration: Work effectively as a self-starter while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.

Adaptability: Remain open and willing to adapt to multiple job types and changing shop priorities as needed.

Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Job Requirements

Mazak Expertise: Proven experience programming and operating Mazak machines is required.

Aerospace Background: Experience in the Aerospace industry is strongly preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to "right the first time" accuracy.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet production deadlines.
