New Series of Reports: “America Employed”
to be Released Starting Wednesday, July 10

Express Employment Professionals CEO Bob Funk to Provide
Data and Insights into USA’s Employment Picture

OKLAHOMA CITY, July 8, 2013 – Express Employment Professionals, the nation’s largest privately held staffing company, announced today the launch of a new series of reports that will explore the state of employment – and unemployment – in America today. Each edition of America Employed – Insights from Express Employment Professionals will focus on a different aspect of who gets hired in America and why.

The reports will present original data compiled from more than 264 Express Employment Professionals franchise offices in 46 states across the United States. Topics will include:

  • Jobs looking for people – Despite high unemployment some employers just can’t find workers
  • What skills make someone employable?
  • What’s the worst thing you’ve seen a job applicant do during an interview?

“Insights from Express Employment Professionals will shine a light on job creation in America today,” said Bob Funk, CEO of Express Employment Professionals and the former chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. “We’re excited to launch this series which will provide valuable news and information from the ground level about employment and unemployment throughout the country. I think people will be informed, surprised and intrigued by what we see in the American economy today.”

The first edition will be released on Wednesday, July 10.
