Job Full Description
As a Customer Care Rep, you will be keeping records of customer interactions, communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Help build, lead, and manage the customer care team; Meet key performance indicators that are set by the company; Provide exceptional customer experiences by empowering your customers.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST
Required experience: 5 years' of experience in providing customer service in person and phone. Proficient in Microsoft Suites.
