Express Employment is currently seeking a friendly and motivated Leasing Consultant to join a professional apartment community in Auburn, AL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong customer service skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for assisting prospective residents through the leasing process, showcasing apartment homes, and ensuring current residents receive excellent service.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and via email

Conduct apartment tours and highlight community amenities and features

Process rental applications and lease agreements

Maintain knowledge of current availability, pricing, and promotions

Follow up with leads and maintain accurate prospect records

Provide excellent customer service to current residents

Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to maintain high occupancy

Coordinate with maintenance and management staff to ensure resident satisfaction
Qualifications

Previous leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting leasing goals

Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software

Must be able to work some weekends as needed
