Job Title: Cabinet Installation Helper
Location: Salem, AL
Pay: $15 - $18
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7am - 4pm CST
Job Summary
Express Employment is seeking a dependable Cabinet Installation Helper to assist with the delivery and installation of residential and commercial cabinetry. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with tools, and learning a skilled trade.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with cabinet installation projects
- Load, unload, and transport cabinets and materials to job sites
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Measure, level, and position cabinets for installation
- Help maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers
- Perform other general labor and installation duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous construction, carpentry, cabinetry, remodeling, or installation experience preferred but not required
- Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and standing
- Ability to work in residential and commercial construction environments
- Ability to lift and move cabinetry and installation materials
