Construction Project Manager (Technology-Focused)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who understands both construction operations and how technology can improve project efficiency, estimating, and bid success. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage projects, oversee field teams, and implement technology-driven processes that increase productivity and win more bids.
While this is primarily a management role, the successful candidate should be willing to assist with construction work when needed to support the team and keep projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple construction projects from planning through completion.

Lead, supervise, and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and project schedules.

Improve estimating and bidding processes using construction technology and software.

Identify and implement tools that increase bid accuracy, efficiency, and win rates.

Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Step in to assist with field work when necessary to support project success.
Qualifications

5+ years of construction management or project management experience.

Strong understanding of construction estimating, bidding, and project execution.

Experience using construction management software and technology solutions.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to read plans, manage schedules, and coordinate multiple priorities.

Willingness to perform hands-on construction work when needed.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Preferred Skills

Experience with estimating software, project management platforms, or CRM systems.

Knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction.
