Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team at ABS Laundry Business Solutions (ABS LBS) or a similar company under the “ABS” brand. The SDR will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
    Identify and qualify potential customers to ensure they are a good fit for our solutions.

  • Outbound Prospecting:
    Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and use social media to engage potential clients.

  • Research & Outreach:
    Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers to tailor messaging and maximize success.

  • Meeting Booking:
    Schedule discovery or demo meetings for Account Managers to present company offerings to qualified prospects.

  • CRM Management:
    Log all interactions and track lead progress accurately in the company’s CRM system (such as Pipedrive or Salesforce).

  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine outreach strategies and share insights on prospect needs.


Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B prospecting

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive)

  • High level of organization and time management

  • Resilient and persistent with a positive, professional attitude

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success

  • Clean background check required


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $40,000–$45,000 (DOE)

  • Commission: Uncapped earnings potential based on performance
