Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $20.00/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our branch. This role includes clerical duties, financial record keeping, payroll assistance, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and special projects. The ideal candidate will interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders, handle confidential information, and contribute to a team-oriented, high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Professionally handle incoming calls and redirect as appropriate

Greet guests in a professional and hospitable manner

Manage visitor areas, including opening and closing procedures
-
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
-
Perform various clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and collating
-
Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail; coordinate express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
-
Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
-
Maintain organized and clean work area, equipment, and tools; follow all safety guidelines
-
Support payroll, financial record keeping, and special projects as needed
-
Commit to ongoing learning and professional development
-
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED required; some college experience preferred
-
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
-
Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
-
Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and planning skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy
-
Ability to work independently and take direction on assigned tasks
-
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, disciplined, and able to multi-task
-
Must successfully complete criminal background check, drug screen, and E-Verify
