Job Title: Sign Painter

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our sign production team. This position focuses on applying high-quality paint finishes to custom signage. The ideal candidate will have experience using a paint gun and a strong eye for detail. While this is a niche role, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates aptitude and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply paint to custom signs using a spray paint gun

  • Ensure smooth, even, and high-quality finishes

  • Prepare surfaces for painting as needed

  • Maintain painting equipment and workspace

  • Follow safety procedures and production guidelines

Qualifications

  • Prior experience using a paint gun (required)

  • Strong attention to detail and steady hand

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently

  • Artistic background preferred

  • Experience using precision tools such as X-Acto knives is a strong plus

Compensation

  • $15.00 per hour

Additional Information

  • This is a specialized role; training will be provided for the right candidate

  • Candidates will participate in a 30-minute to 1-hour working interview to assess skill and fit
