Job Title: Entry-Level Roofer / General Laborer
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Entry-Level Roofer / General Laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the roofing and construction industry. No prior roofing experience is required — we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities

Assist experienced roofers with installation, repair, and replacement of roofing systems

Carry and transport roofing materials and equipment

Remove old roofing materials safely and efficiently

Clean and prepare job sites before and after projects

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision

Support crew members as needed to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications

No prior roofing experience required (construction experience is a plus)

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly

Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Reliable transportation to job sites

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Preferred Skills (Not Required)

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor

OSHA 10 certification
